We've programmed fun into these camps!
Camps in this series are recommended for children with an interest in robotics and engineering. They're also a great option for children who love to build and discover the inner workings of things! Campers have the opportunity to construct their own robots and engineering designs to take home!
*Please note that due to the intricate building that is involved, these camps are recommended for rising 2nd graders-rising 6th graders.
Under the close supervision of their Mad Scientists, campers will use tools such as screwdrivers and glue guns to construct their projects.
Red Hot Robots
Get ready to explore the "nuts and bolts" of robotics and then use your new skills to construct your own working robot from start to finish! We'll explore the concepts of sensors, build simple circuits and learn about the uses of robots in our world as we experiment with robots that walk, climb and even dance!
Stray on your engineer helmet and enter the Mad Science construction zone! Investigate the world of simple machines as you assemble and control pulleys, levers, catapults and mega pinchers! Inspect the elements of structures and shapes as you build and test designs like rubber band launchers and zipline racers! Your simple machine constructions will be so fun, they'll make work seem like play!
